Nick and Christie, part 1

This past weekend I got to do an engagement session with Billy Blakey. It was fun to meet Nick and Christie, who are graduating from The Master's College this May, and getting married one week later in Idaho.

Beach Day

Scott took the day off today and we surprised our kids by taking them out of school and going to the beach. We had them get ready for school and load up in the car before we told them we we're not going to school, it was so much fun. It took them a minute to believe us, then it was party time, they were sooo excited. I have a bunch more pictures to post soon, but for now here's Maddie, my sweet, pretty girl. I'm so thankful for her soft heart.

Smiling "like a princess"

So, I took Avery out for her periodic photography torture, which she actually kindof likes. I told her to smile like a princess, it was all I could think of to get her to stop giving me these pout faces. The first was kindof terrifying, so I told her a nice princess, not one that wanted to eat me for lunch, and we got this cheese, but I like it.

B-Kale

Kale's best little buddy Ethan has called Kale b-kale since he could talk. I'm pretty sure b-was for baby. Now he's getting so big, and that makes me sad sometimes. I need to do better being thankful for each day, knowing how quickly they go by. Here's my little man with the love of his life....Mario.

The Brucks Family

I think this first picture best captures this family. They are fun, sweet, people I loved getting to know them better. Andria has worked with Scott this past year and has been a huge blessing to him!

This very sweet couple allowed me to be part of their engagement session with Kristin Rogers. It was great time and I learned tons!

Long time no post....

Well, I'm finally going to put some more stuff up! It just takes time, and I've always got all that laundry...oh well, it will be there when I'm done-right Mom?
